Art Quilts

 

This is a very small sampling of quilts I have made.  Many of them have been exhibited in galleries and museums in the US and abroad.   They are primarily hand quilted and include a wide range of techniques from printing, dyeing and embroidery to fussy cutting, piecing and appliqué.   While I do occasionally use commercial fabrics, I have dyed or otherwise colored the majority of the fabrics used in the pieces seen here.  These are generally stand alone pieces as they are not part of a series.   Most of the series contain additional art quilts.
